Trip up to Michigan

We headed to Michigan in July. On the way up we stopped to visit Joyce (Sam's friend from high school) and her son Donald

Long car trip.... Seems like each trip to Michigan we get stuck in really bad traffic at some point. We are usually in between exits. Sam and I watched a movie a few years back while we were stuck. Not quite as laid back when you are stuck with kids. We were only a few exits away from where we were stopping for the night. It took us 2 1/2 to go 6 miles...I guess a semi caught on fire and shut down the interstate.
